Frequently Asked Questions

We ship Mondays-Thursdays (orders must be received by midnight the day prior.) Orders that are placed between Thursdays - Sundays will be baked and ship out the following Monday, unless a local pickup has been arranged. Local Knoxville, TN orders can be picked up at our storefront at 10710 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934. We will email/text you when your order is ready.

Shipping to anywhere in the US is available for a flat rate of $9.50, and arrives in 2 days. We ship orders Mondays-Thursdays. Orders that are placed between Thursdays - Sundays, will ship out the following Monday, unless a local pickup has been arranged.

Because we don’t use any preservatives in our cookies, we recommend enjoying your treats immediately, or within 3 days after receiving them. If you’re not going to eat them the week you receive them, we suggest freezing the cookies. Frozen cookies will stay delicious for up to 6 months.

For the best melt-in-your-mouth cookie experience, warm up your cookies in the oven or air fryer at 350F for 2-3 minutes or 10 seconds in the microwave. Remove packaging prior to heating. If you’re warming up previously frozen cookies, thaw them first to room temperature before warming them up.

We have a separate and fully enclosed kitchen dedicated entirely just for making and baking gluten-free cookies. We take special care in avoiding any risk of cross contamination. We dedicate only 1-2 staff members to making gluten-free products as long as they have not touched or worked on the regular cookies.

All our gluten-free cookies are also not made with eggs and use dairy-free & soy-free butter. The dark chocolate we use for all our cookies are all dairy-free.

We don't make cookies that require icing with food coloring, or icing that prevents us from being able to put the cookies in a bag and shipped.

Absolutely! This is 100% our jam! We can send out tens, dozens, or even hundreds of cookie boxes at once! Want the labels customized with your corporate logos/brand? Just let us know and we'll add it at no extra charge. Our Large Order Spreadsheet makes it easy to manage several recipients, gifts, and addresses.
